nib Claims Information Service

Our nib Claims Information Service is now live. Simply log into nib adviser access to get up to date information about your nib members’ claims and pre-approvals. You can also receive a daily nib Claims Alert email whenever a new claim or pre-approval has been submitted by one of your nib clients, or when the status of any existing pre-approval or claim changes. Complementary Mental Health cover

We’re giving nib members who have an eligible Ultimate Health or Ultimate Health Max plan something extra, to help stay on top of things: 12 months of complementary Mental Health Cover. A new, fun, fast and easy way for your clients to apply for cover and more choices on how you create premium illustrations and apply for cover. It’s part of our commitment to support you and to use innovation to grow the market.

A new requirement when replacing a client’s cover. Use this form to record why your recommended change in cover serves your client’s interests. This form must be used when you’re recommending your client replaces their existing cover, whether sourced from a competitor or from nib, with a new nib policy.

Supplementary Information Form

Making things quicker and easier. Use this form when you’ve written risk cover for a client through your preferred risk provider, and now you want to sign up your client with nib health cover. This form will reduce the number of duplicated questions a client needs to answer. There is a different form to be used for each of the following risk providers:
